The Gem4 can be worn around the neck, and allows the user to generate an alarm call when they are out of home by pressing the SOS button, which connects the device to our 24/7 Customer Care Centre.
An alarm call is triggered after pressing the SOS button for approximately 2 seconds, after which time the user will hear a voice prompt confirming the activation.
In case of false alarm, or if ending a call, the user can press the SOS button again to cancel the call.
